Kiwi Berries are a small, emerald green bite-sized fruit, often described as a mini kiwifruit. They taste similar to a regular kiwi, but are generally slightly sweeter with small black seeds inside.

The Kiwi Berry is native to Northern China, Siberia, Japan and Korea, but is now being grown in the UK at Withers Farm in Ledbury. The first Kiwi Berry trees were planted there in 2008 and produced their first commercial crop three years ago. They grow both the Waikee and the Geneva variety.

The Kiwi Berries are typically harvested in September and available in M&S stores towards the end of September and October. They are a ready-to-eat fruit, perfect for a quick snack.
